Control how your personal information is used and shared.

Insuregear is committed to respecting your privacy. If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia, or another U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law, you have specific rights regarding your personal information.

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we never share your contact details with multiple agents the way traditional lead-aggregator comparison sites do. The choices below let you further restrict any limited sharing we may do for analytics or advertising purposes.

Note: The "sale" and "sharing" categories below refer to the broad definitions under CCPA/CPRA, which include some cookie-based advertising disclosures. They do not mean Insuregear ever sells your personal data for profit.

Other rights you have

Right to know. Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Right to delete. Request that we delete your personal information.
Right to correct. Request that we correct inaccurate information.
Right to non-discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.

To submit any of these requests, email privacy@insuregear.us with the subject line "Privacy Request" and include the type of request and the state in which you reside.

Authorized agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require verification of the agent's authority and your identity.

Verification

To protect your data, we may verify your identity before fulfilling a request. We may ask for additional information to confirm you are who you claim to be.

Global Privacy Control

Insuregear honors Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as opt-out preference signals for California residents and others where required by law. When we detect a GPC signal from your browser, we'll treat it as an opt-out of "sale" and "sharing."
